Mr. Javed Akhtar has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and biomedical industry. He began his professional journey in the radiology sector and later expanded his expertise into medical equipment, consumables, and patient consumables trading. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with several organizations, participated in government tenders, and successfully managed installation, commissioning, and project execution activities with his dedicated team.

In 2016, Mr. Javed Akhtar entered the Biomedical Equipment Maintenance and Management (BMEM) sector in Madhya Pradesh. He partnered with a leading organization to participate in government tenders and has been actively contributing to BMEM projects for the last 10 years across government hospitals and healthcare institutions.

In 2019, he established Royal Establishment — a manufacturing unit focused on producing premium-quality hospital furniture. Through Royal Establishment and its sister concern companies, he has obtained various licenses, certifications, and approvals related to healthcare projects.
